"Hotel and Restaurant Management Group" - M|Group was founded in 2005 and now incorporates 6 different projects with different concepts and price segments, both in Tbilisi and in Kakheti region.

Hotel "Kvareli Lake Resort" is located in the heart of Kakheti, which was opened in 2010 and today the complex includes the hotel "Kvareli Lake Resort", "Kvareli Gardens" and the recreational zone with outdoor sport elements.

From September 2019, the hotel is represented with new, modern complex and standards which hosts up to 120 guests.

Hotel "Kvareli Lake Resort" is looking for a special member to our team for the position of Event Coordinator

Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager / General Manager

Position scope:

Event Coordinator is responsible person for coordinating and planning every aspect of an event, conference or a meeting. Event Coordinator is ultimately responsible for the sales targets and quality of service provided by the establishment.

Position demands:

** Communication and complaint handling skills;
** Multi-tasking and time management skills;
** Detail and deadline-oriented;
** Good computer and administrative skills;
** Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any other related field will be considered as an advantage;
** Team working skills;
** Fluent English Georgian and Russian is required, additional languages considered as a plus;
** Must be available to work an extended schedule, including weekends and evenings according to demands of his/her workload.

Duties and responsibilities


** Hotel`s Fire, Health and Safety Procedures;
** To maintain international food safety functions;
** Clean and positive appearance;
** Attentive to details;
** High sense of responsibility.

According to position:

** Make up standard contract for every upcoming event;
** Answer any guest queries competently and effectively via e-mail, phone or personally;
** Collaborate well with other F&B associates & hotel departments;
** Propose new ideas to improve event planning and its operation process;
** Have up-to-date information about competitive market;
** Plan, organize, coordinate, promote and facilitate corporate events;
** Ensure the smooth running of events on the day of the event, working with the F&B Manager;
** Inquire client satisfaction after each event, share positive and negative feedback with Event Manager, F&B Director and operation staff;
** Make monthly analysis of occupancy levels and sales comparing to the previous years;
** Send upcoming event list to everyone directly or indirectly involved;
** Make up event budgets based on the requirements and occupancy levels, send sales offers accordingly;
** Share every detail of the upcoming event with the operation teams;
** Ensure that all guests are courteously served in all F&B Outlets and receive efficient service in line with departmental standards;
** Ensure that all payments for events are dealt with within the guidelines;
** Fill the database of existing and prospective corporate clients;
