1. Architect (with minimum of 5-10 years experience)

The position requires:

** creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
** preparing presentation/schematic materials
** liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
** working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
** working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
** applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
** estimating the amount of required materials, equipment, and construction time
** writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
** specifying the requirements for the project
** adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
** correcting and modifying existing projects;
** measuring drawings;
** arranging project agreement with City Hall, Architecture Service and all necessary procedures;
** implementing large-scale projects in light of new construction regulations.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;
** Min. 5 years experience in a similar position;

2. Commercial Manager

Purpose: To oversee day-to-day operations and win new business.

The candidate should have several years of experience in financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing to contracts. The successful applicant will have a track record of success in overseeing projects from inception to completion, and identifying and mitigating risks involved.. This role involves developing and managing a cross-functional team with a variety of skills and experience, as well as collaborating with other departments. The successful applicant will have great communication, teamwork, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities and duties:

** Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
** Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
** Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments
** Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
** Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planning
** Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.

Commercial Manager skills:

** Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, customer management, build or related field
** Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
** Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
** Superb negotiation capabilities
** MBA preferred, but not necessary, with relevant experience
** Must be team oriented and results focused.
