Enocork is a growing company and part of an international group of companies, supplying wine corks, barrels, and other specialized winemaking products to the Georgian market.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for two motivated Sales Managers to join our Georgia Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
** Identify new clients and develop strong relationships with existing partners;
** Organize meetings with wineries and present the company`s products;
** Manage the sales process and work towards improving sales performance;
** Handle contracts, orders, and payment follow-ups;
** Maintain client databases and coordinate with internal teams;
** Conduct regular business visits to the Kakheti region (at least twice per month).
Requirements
** Higher education (preferably in Enology, Winemaking, or a related field);
** Knowledge of the winemaking process;
** Fluency in Georgian and at least an intermediate level of English;
** Strong communication and negotiation skills;
** Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word);
** Ownership of a personal vehicle;
** A responsible, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
** Previous experience in the wine industry or sales will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
