Remote contract role: Georgian-speaking Psychiatrist for AI training - micro1
Pay: $100-200 per hour (as listed by micro1)
Type: Independent contractor, fully remote
Deadline: 14 November 2026
About micro1
micro1 is a data company that works with AI labs and large businesses to train and test AI models. It brings in specialists such as doctors, lawyers, psychologists and finance experts, whose knowledge is hard to replace, so that AI systems give accurate, safe and culturally appropriate answers in their fields.
About the role
micro1 is looking for psychiatrists who are native Georgian speakers and fluent in English. You will use your clinical experience to help AI systems understand psychiatric conditions, assessment and care the way they are practised and discussed in Georgia. You do not need any previous experience with AI; your medical expertise is what counts. This is not clinical work: you will not see or treat patients.
What you will do
** Write and evaluate detailed psychiatric case studies that teach AI models about real-world, culturally specific situations.
** Carry out structured assessments of case material and add expert notes that reflect how psychiatry is practised in Georgia.
** Prepare clear, precise written analyses in Georgian and English, keeping both the clinical and the cultural details accurate.
** Review sensitive case content with sound ethical judgement, respecting confidentiality and good clinical practice.
** Help build consistent ways of expressing psychiatric information in both languages, so that nothing is lost in translation.
** Give expert feedback on how AI systems judge and respond to mental health situations.
** Work with AI project teams and share your perspective as a psychiatrist.
Who we are looking for
** A medical degree (MD, MBBS or an equivalent qualification), with your psychiatry residency finished and a current medical licence.
** Native Georgian and advanced English, both written and spoken.
** Solid hands-on experience assessing patients, planning their treatment and writing clinical records in Georgian healthcare settings.
** Cultural sensitivity and ethical judgement in complex mental health situations.
Nice to have
** Experience writing case studies or teaching material, for example for students or for research.
** Experience on projects that bring together different disciplines, especially ones involving technology, research or digital health.
** Familiarity with Western as well as Georgian approaches to psychiatry.
How it works
1. Apply online through the link below.
2. Complete micro1`s online application and a short interview conducted by an AI interviewer.
3. If you are selected, micro1 matches you to projects. Hours depend on the project; micro1 says contractors often work around 15-20 hours a week on their own schedule, and many keep their current job.
