Position: Multilingual Customer Support Representative - Betting Project
Responsibilities:
** Provide multilingual customer support for an online betting platform.
** Respond to inquiries through live chat and offline messaging.
** Assist customers with account management and platform-related questions.
Requirements:
** German: Minimum B2 level
** Turkish: Minimum B2 level
** English: Minimum B1 level
** Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
** 24/7 operation with shifts based on German time.
** Live chat support until midnight.
** Offline message support between 00:00 and 09:00 (German time).
