Job description:
** Receive inquiries from Chinese tourists via email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
** Process hotel and coach bus reservation requests, check availability and confirm bookings.
** Communicate with hotels, bus suppliers and guests, send booking confirmations and solve booking-related issues.
** Keep booking records, fill in forms and maintain booking statistics.
Requirements:
** Georgian local resident.
** Excellent Chinese language skill is mandatory, fluent English, good written and verbal communication skills.
** Basic computer skills, familiar with Excel and online booking systems.
** Responsible, patient and service-minded.
** Tourism industry experience is preferred.
