BIM Architect - Draftsman

Duties:
** Collecting information available at the construction site and transferring it to the project (preparing the bill of quantities);
** Developing a complete BIM model in Revit based on the architectural concept;
** Preparing construction documentation;
** Preparing specifications for all materials and products in the project;
Requirements:
** Advanced knowledge of Revit is required (application without this qualification will not be considered);
** Knowledge of ArchiCad will be regarded as an advantage;
** Knowledge of office software;
** Higher education in architecture;
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Salary: Fixed salary - 3000 Gel;
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 18:00
I Phase - Interview the candidates
II Phase - Test project
Candidates will undergo a compensated trial period
