High Way Travel and Tourism LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Hotel & Bus Reservation Agent (Hiring 3 staff).
Working conditions:
** Location: Tbilisi, Georgia;
** Employment type: Full-time;
** Salary: 2500 GEL - 4000 GEL monthly.
Job description
** Receive inquiries from Chinese tourists via email, WhatsApp and other communication channels;
** Process hotel and coach bus reservation requests, check availability and confirm bookings;
** Communicate with hotels, bus suppliers and guests, send booking confirmations and solve booking-related issues;
** Keep booking records, fill in forms and maintain booking statistics.
Requirements
** Georgian local resident;
** Excellent Chinese language skill is mandatory, fluent English, good written and verbal communication skills;
** Basic computer skills, familiar with Excel and online booking systems;
** Responsible, patient and service-minded;
** Tourism industry experience is preferred.
