Georgian International University (GIU) is pleased to announce an opening for the position of International Student Recruitment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
** Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract international students for undergraduate and graduate programs.
** Build, manage, and expand relationships with international educational agencies, recruiters, and partner institutions globally.
** Engage with prospective students through email, social media, webinars, and education fairs; follow up on leads and increase conversion rates.
** Provide clear information regarding academic programs, tuition fees, admission requirements, visa processes, and living in Georgia.
** Monitor international education trends, analyze key target markets (e.g., South Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa), and identify new growth opportunities.
** Represent the university at international education fairs, expos, and online recruitment events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
** Minimum 2 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, university admissions, or educational consultancy.
** Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) - both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or French) is a strong advantage.
** Pre-existing network of international educational agencies and recruiters is highly desirable.
** Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills; proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
