Travel Door Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the Sales Coordinator position.
Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities
** Support day-to-day control of the Sales function and assist the Head of Sales
** Support the allocation of incoming inquiries to sales team members by market and priority
** Monitor overdue follow-ups and ensure the sales team completes them on time
** Ensure every open opportunity in the CRM/pipeline has a complete and up-to-date status
** Monitor team workload and coordinate workload rebalancing when needed
** Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, including follow-up compliance, pipeline status, and reasons for lost bookings
** Support pre-execution handover discipline: check that confirmed bookings have complete passenger/customer information and final requirements before they are passed to Reservations
** Support compliance with itinerary briefings ahead of travel
** Provide management coverage when the Head of Sales is unavailable
** Coordinate daily with the BD, B2B and B2C teams and with Reservations
Schedule: 40-hour work week
