We`re hiring Chat Support Specialists (Remote) to cover live chat and inboxes for independent digital media brands.
About the role
We support 200+ independent digital media brands with live chat and inbox coverage. Each brand has an active paying audience and steady daily revenue. We focus on quality conversations and long-term member relationships, not mass replies.
You`ll be assigned accounts, work a fixed shift, and be measured on response quality, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
** Cover live chat and inboxes during your shift
** Welcome new members and keep conversations useful and engaging
** Answer questions and follow up so members stay subscribed
** Hit quality and performance targets set by the team
Compensation:
** $2/hour + 5-10% commission
** Retention bonuses when members renew
** Regular competitions with cash and prizes
** Extra pay for top performers
** Typical monthly earnings: $1, 000-$1, 000, top $5, 000 Paid in crypto
Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Choose one EST shift:
** 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
** 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
** 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Requirements:
** Clear written English
** Fast typing and reliable attendance
** Comfortable with commission-based work
** Customer support, sales chat, or inbox management experience is a plus
