We are now looking for a motivated specialist to join us and help maintain the standard our clients trust.
Travel Door Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Reservations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
** Receive the commercially confirmed booking from Sales and check that all necessary information is complete
** Review the services sold, identify what still needs to be confirmed, and obtain any missing information
** Contact hotels, activity providers, and other partners to obtain final confirmations
** Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers when necessary and record the agreed outcome
** Prepare the complete booking file with confirmed services, execution-ready documentation, and payment and invoice information
** Hand over the confirmed and fully prepared file to Operations
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and discussed individually
