We deliver well-organized, high-quality travel experiences, and behind each one is a professional team that pays close attention to detail. We are now looking for a motivated specialist to join us and help maintain the standard our clients trust.
Travel Door Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
** Check all active bookings and their current status on a daily basis
** Review the daily operational plan, including who needs to be where, which services need to be delivered, and any potential risks
** Ensure that transportation, hotel arrangements, activities, and other required services are ready for execution
** Act as the main point of contact for any issues that arise during the trip and escalate them when necessary
** Manage serious customer or supplier issues and record the problem, actions taken, outcome, and any additional costs
** Oversee the closure of completed services, the collection of review requests, and the collection of relevant photo and video materials
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and discussed individually
