As a family-owned business, the company`s voice has been One and the same. Having the vision of providing the best customer service and to be the leading auto export company in the USA, PGL soon afterward launched its first version of PGL System Cargo and its mobile app for customers to be able to check the status of their vehicles and shipments. PGL then promised to offer nearly 24-7 customer service round the clock to customers.
Job Title: Sales Person

Reports to: Georgia Branch Manager

Duty Station: Georgia, Tablisi, King Davit Building 5th Floor
Salary Range: 1200-1600 GEL per month, depending on the candidate`s qualifications, experience. Performance-based bonuses will be provided in addition to the salary.

Job Purpose:
To drive B2B and B2C sales growth by converting hot leads, acquiring new retail customers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective follow-up and proactive business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
** Handle B2B and B2C sales by identifying potential customers and converting qualified prospects into active clients.
** Follow up with hot leads regularly to maintain engagement, address inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
** Proactively identify and approach new retail customers through market research, field visits, referrals, and networking.
** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention, repeat business, and long-term growth.
** Present services, understand customer requirements, handle objections, and negotiate suitable sales terms.
** Maintain updated sales records and follow-up reports while meeting assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
** Prior sales experience is preferred.
** Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
** Fluent in English and Georgian (spoken and written)
** Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
** Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
** Any background in sales or customer service is a plus
