Position: Learning & Development Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Batumi, Georgia
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
The role: Learning & Development Executive
The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and coordination of training programs across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our team members have access to the tools and resources they need to grow and succeed in their roles. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people development and eager to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
** Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programs for employees at all levels.
** Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized development plans.
** Support the creation of learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
** Track and maintain records of employee training progress and certifications.
** Assist with onboarding for new hires to ensure they have a smooth and effective introduction to the company.
** Monitor training feedback and suggest improvements for future programs.
** Assist in organizing company-wide development initiatives such as leadership programs, mentorship schemes, and career development sessions.
** Stay up to date with industry trends in L&D and recommend new tools and methodologies.
** Participate in regional L&D calls and projects
** Implement and coordinate with leaders to execute the regional learning programs, career conversations and team member development strategies.
The Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
Experience & Skills
** Experience in Learning and Development or Training Coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry
** Fluent in English & Georgian languages
** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
** Strong Presentation skills
** Able to work collaboratively across departments and with a diverse workforce.
** A passion for continuous learning and employee development.
** Well-groomed and presentable
