We are a small and cozy coffee shop in Vake with our own coffee roasting and kitchen. We are currently looking for two new team members: a Barista and a Cook.
Conditions:
** Working hours: 09:00-19:00 on weekdays and 09:00-20:00 on weekends, A minimum of 3 full working days per week, with the possibility of increasing to 4 days later
** Salary: 8 GEL per hour during the first month, increasing to 9 GEL per hour afterwards
** Free coffee and pastries
** We are quite flexible and can sometimes arrange shifts around your schedule, especially if you are a student
1) Barista
Requirements:
** Experience preparing classic espresso-based drinks and filter coffee
** A responsible approach to work and the ability to stay calm under pressure
** Good communication skills
** Courtesy and kindness
** Attention to detail
Duties:
** Keeping track of stock and supplies
** Being welcoming, attentive, and caring towards our guests
** Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
2) Cook
Duties:
** Preparing light breakfasts
** Working with dough
** Preparing ingredients and making pies, muffins, and tarts
** Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
** Buying fresh products from nearby shops
** Keeping track of stock and helping at the bar during busy hours
Who are we looking for?
** Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is required for internal communication. We are from Ukraine, and we hope for your understanding.
** Upper-intermediate level of Georgian and English
** Experience in a similar position would be a big advantage
** Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
** Genuine interest, motivation, and a desire to work and grow
We are NOT looking for people who are only planning to stay for a short period of time
