HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Branch in Georgia is seeking a service provision for Kolkheti Destination Brand & Digital Platform Development.
Please find the attached tender document, including the Terms of Reference for full description of the services requested and kindly submit the following documents:
** Eligibility Documentation (signed/sealed)
** Organization/Company Registration Certificate
** Tax Administration Certificate (absence of debts) from Revenue Service
** Company profile, including the description of proposed approach & methodology
** CVs of the key technical team
** Portfolio (online links) and a list of relevant implemented projects, including reference contact details
** Application Form (signed/sealed)
** Financial Offer (signed/sealed)
Please submit the required documentation in two separate files (Technical Offer & Financial Offer) - each file should have the bidder`s name, Reference No: HSIG/LEDP/2026/SA/3Q/RFQ-010 and the name of the document (for example, Company Name-HSIG/LEDP/2026/SA/3Q/RFQ-010-financial offer).
Electronic files should be password protected. During the evaluation process, you will be contacted and asked for the passwords - stay reachable. Offers received without password will not be considered for evaluation. If the bidder is not reachable during the evaluation process, the offers will not be considered for evaluation.
Questions can be accepted until 31 August to the email address - procurement.geo@helvetas.org
Offers must be submitted in English language exclusively to the following email address: procurement.geo@helvetas.org. The subject of email should contain only the RFQ reference number (for example HSIG/LEDP/2026/SA/3Q/RFQ-010).
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The counted official receipt time is the time shown on the email received from the bidder to the email mentioned above.
