General Requirements:
** Make Rooms Reservations
** Assisting Guests with planning and booking reservations.
** Handling all incoming calls with courtesy and communication skills to secure information necessary for completing a reservation;
** Analyzing all requirements of the Guest through telephone and emails and recommends suitable options and assists to confirm all reservations;
** Managing all mails from guests and ensuring responses and completion of all guest requests everyday basis;
** Upsell by offering additional services or special packages with details;
Candidate Profile (Education and Experience)
** Impeccable customer service skills and excellent communicator;
** Languages: English & Russian Skills (Spoken & Written)
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player.
** Time Management and Problem Solving skills;
** Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference);
