About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3+ years of hands-on project management experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes true ownership of processes and projects, thrives on finding smarter ways of working, and is comfortable operating in an e-commerce and data-driven environment. You`ll be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving how projects are run across the organization.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote — B2B Contract
Compensation: €1, 000 - 1300/month base salary
Key Responsibilities:
** Own the end-to-end lifecycle of projects — from planning and scoping through execution, tracking, and closeout.
** Act as a process owner: identify inefficiencies, design improvements, and implement standardized workflows across project management practices.
** Partner with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, operations, data, and technical teams) to keep projects aligned with business goals and timelines.
** Monitor project performance using data and analytics; report on KPIs, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
** Manage data syndication processes and coordinate with systems/APIs involved in e-commerce operations.
** Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks, and drive resolution independently.
** Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and project status.
** Continuously evaluate and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
** 3+ years of professional experience in project management.
** Google Project Management Certificate (or equivalent recognized certification) is mandatory. Proof of certification will be requested during the hiring process.
** Demonstrated track record of owning and improving processes within a project management context (please be prepared to speak to specific examples).
** Working knowledge of e-commerce processes, data syndication, and APIs.
** Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable decisions.
** Strong Excel and/or data analytics skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, or BI tools).
** Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
** Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
** Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a significant advantage.
** Experience working with e-commerce platforms, product data feeds, or marketplace integrations.
** Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello).
** Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
