Position: STEM Teacher & School Expansion Coordinator
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (On-site & Field Work)

Academy is a premier educational academy delivering hands-on learning in Coding, Robotics, Engineering, and Woodworking for students aged 4 to 18 across Georgia.
We are looking for a dynamic STEM Teacher & Coordinator who excels both in the classroom and in building relationships with educational institutions. You will lead hands-on after-school clubs while actively representing our brand to private and public schools, presenting our programs to administrators, and coordinating with management to launch new learning spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
** Teaching & Instruction: Conduct exciting, practical lessons in Coding, Robotics, Engineering, and Woodworking for children (ages 4-18).
** School Outreach & Presentations: present our after-school programs to school directors, administration, and parent groups.
** Student Retention & Engagement: Organize trial workshops and demo days to boost enrollment and maintain high student engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
** Experience or background in Robotics, Engineering, IT, or Hands-on Crafting/Woodworking.
** Proven ability to communicate warmly and effectively with children, parents, and school leaders.
** Native/Fluent Georgian; intermediate or advanced English is preferred.
** Active, driving, and mobile mindset (ability to travel between partner schools in Tbilisi).
Competitive Package: 1500-1700 GEL (Net) base salary + performance bonuses for new school partnerships and student enrollment.
