Company is a licensed broker based in Tbilisi. We serve private capital, investment funds and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions.
The company provides services in traditional securities and in digital assets. The latter refers to the application of blockchain technology within financial services infrastructure and to the development of regulated instruments built on it. This is not cryptocurrency trading: all activity is conducted within the scope of our licence and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The licence is in place and the client base is established. The current stage is the full deployment of operational activity in Tbilisi: formalising processes, document flow and reporting, and moving the business into a systematic mode of operation. The company has access to relevant expertise and established industry practices, which will need to be adapted to local requirements and to our client profile.

** Controls are mandatory, but their purpose is to complete transactions correctly — not to find grounds for refusal.
** A significant part of our processes is built around AI tools. Technical literacy and an understanding of how such systems work are requirements, not preferences.
** We are looking for independent professionals. These roles involve making decisions within your own area of responsibility, without external supervision or reminders.
Role context
The role involves access to information on client assets and the initiation of transactions on client instruction. All operations are executed strictly in accordance with instructions and approved procedures, with no discretion: this is not a trading role and does not involve independent disposal of assets. An enhanced candidate check (extended KYC and business reputation review) and an NDA are required.
Responsibilities
Securities operations
** Processing client instructions, monitoring execution and trade settlement.
** Liaising with brokers, depositories and trading venues; verifying the accuracy of settlement data.
** Maintaining positions and balances on client accounts, processing corporate actions.
Digital asset operations
** Monitoring incoming client assets, verifying transactions, and confirming receipts to the client manager.
** Executing conversions in line with order parameters and monitoring execution within the agreed framework.
** Participating in the multi-signature quorum alongside a second signatory; observing key-handling procedures.
Reconciliation, control and reporting
** Daily reconciliation of the client ledger against counterparty, venue and bank data; attribution of funds to each client; investigation of discrepancies on the day they are identified.
** Preparing payment instructions and processing withdrawals to bank accounts.
** Complete logging of all operations and preparation of data for reporting.
** Observing established limits and escalating deviations and incidents immediately.
Requirements
** Command of standard back office procedures: reconciliation, the four-eyes principle, segregation of duties, logging, and strict adherence to procedure.
** Confident working English (B2+): venue interfaces, communication with counterparties.
** At least 2 years of operational experience at a brokerage, investment firm or other financial institution.
** Confident Excel / Google Sheets; technical literacy and readiness to automate routine operations using AI tools.
** Attention to detail, resilience to routine work, and no tolerance for shortcuts in procedure.
** Readiness to undergo an enhanced check (extended KYC and business reputation review) and to sign an NDA.
Advantageous
Operational experience with digital assets (venues, wallets, Ethereum and TRON networks, fees, transaction confirmations) · understanding of multi-signature and custody arrangements · experience at a licensed broker, VASP or PSP · basic SQL · experience designing reconciliation procedures.
