TBSC Consulting is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team starting from 1 September 2026.
TBSC Consulting seeks an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures plus some personal assistant functions. The Office Manager`s role will be to create and maintain a pleasant and efficient work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week (40% of full-time). It typically involves two half-days at our office, with additional work that can be completed outside the office according to the employee`s convenient schedule. The preferred working days are Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Friday.
This schedule is particularly suitable for third-year university students who are looking for a flexible opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience alongside their studies.
What Does Our Office Manager Do?
Office Manager duties and responsibilities include:
** Scheduling meetings and appointments
** Coordinating office supplies and administrative arrangements
** Providing general administrative support to TBSC employees
** Maintaining an organized, efficient, and pleasant office environment
** Supporting day-to-day office operations
** Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
** Helping improve office procedures and the efficiency of day-to-day operations
** Performing some personal assistant functions for the Director.
Previous administrative work experience is not required. However, the ability to work confidently with standard office software is a requirement.
In particular, candidates should have good working knowledge of:
** Microsoft Word
** Microsoft Excel
** Microsoft PowerPoint
** Microsoft Outlook
Particular emphasis will be placed on Excel skills. Candidates should be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, organizing information and performing basic analysis and calculations in Excel.
Requirements:
The general requirements are:
** Third- year university student
** Full-time student, not otherwise employed
** No previous work experience is required
** Good communication skills and good English (B2 level)
** Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
** Strong Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets
** Highly self-motivated, analytical, curious and willing to learn
** Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
What We Offer:
The remuneration for this 40 percent-of-full-time position (16 hours per week) 525 GEL net per month, equivalent to 1, 312 GEL net per month on a full-time basis, equivalent to 8, 20 GEL net per hour. Timesheets are required.
