Episode Hotel is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Procurement & Cost Control Manager

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Supplier Management

** Manage procurement requests and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers.
** Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
** Monitor deliveries, contracts, invoices, and supplier payments.
** Handle product returns and maintain supplier relationships.

Inventory & Cost Control

** Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
** Coordinate monthly stocktaking, investigate inventory discrepancies, and process inventory adjustments.
** Prepare menu costing, calculate food cost, margins, and pricing.
** Support cost control initiatives and ensure accurate product costing.

Logistics & System Administration

** Coordinate international procurement, transportation, customs documentation, and deliveries.
** Maintain accurate ERP/POS master data, including product codes, warehouse allocation, and inventory transactions.
** Ensure procurement, inventory, and sales records are accurately reflected in the system.

Reporting & Analysis

** Prepare procurement, inventory, and cost control reports.
** Monitor procurement expenses and reconcile supporting documentation.
** Analyze operational costs and provide reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

** Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
** Previous procurement experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage.
** Experience in international procurement will be considered an advantage.
** English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
