Bandza International Centre is a new hub of education, sports and community development. It is in the final stages of launching Archil Kekelia Learning Academy, Bandza Tennis & Pickleball Club and FC Bandza, women`s professional football team.

Position Overview
First and foremost, Academy seeks a kind-hearted human being, who is positive, optimistic and full of enthusiasm to work alongside students and colleagues with the same traits. Furthermore, the visionary, passionate and ambitious teachers whom we look for will collaborate closely with the founders and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization. The ideal prospect will possess a profound command of the English language, an innovative approach to critical thinking and skill development and a strong commitment to academic distinction. You will guide students (mostly secondary school pupils, but also adults) through an immersive curriculum designed to foster English fluency, curiosity and intellectual independence.
Key Responsibilities
** Deliver dynamic, engaging, and rigorous lessons in English language acquisition and critical thinking;
** Cultivate an inclusive, sophisticated, and intellectually vibrant classroom culture that inspires student achievement;
** Design and implement progressive learning materials tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles;
** Monitor, assess, and mentor students continuously, ensuring measurable academic and personal progress;
** Collaborate with fellow faculty members and Academy leadership to uphold the institution`s premier standards.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
** Academic Excellence: native or near-native speaker of English with a university degree, preferably in Humanities (students pursuing degree will also be considered);
** Pedagogical Mastery: exceptional communication and instructional skills, with a proven ability to make complex concepts accessible and captivating;
** Character & Vocation: a genuine passion for teaching, intellectual growth, and community upliftment, paired with high standards of professionalism and elegance in conduct;
** Geographic Consideration: this position is ideally suited for candidates residing in eastern Samegrelo/western Imereti incl. Kutaisi. For outstanding candidates traveling from other places in Georgia (or the world!), comfortable local accommodation arrangements will be provided.
