Job Summary
The Acquiring Specialist is responsible for promoting the Bank`s acquiring products and POS terminal services, providing professional consultation to customers, processing customer applications, and coordinating with relevant internal departments throughout the application and onboarding process. The role ensures high-quality customer service, supports the growth of the Bank`s merchant portfolio, and contributes to achieving business objectives by utilizing digital solutions and modern technologies
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
** Promote and sell the Bank`s acquiring products and POS terminal solutions to existing and prospective customers.
** Provide professional consultation on acquiring services, payment solutions, and related banking products.
** Receive, review, and process customer applications in accordance with the Bank`s internal procedures.
** Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure the timely processing and implementation of customer requests.
** Support customers throughout the onboarding process, including contract signing and service activation.
** Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
** Monitor the status of submitted applications and provide customers with timely updates.
** Ensure compliance with the Bank`s internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
** Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
** Utilize digital solutions, AI tools, and modern technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years` of work experience in relevant position will be plus.
** Esperance in Alta core system (Merchant registration) will be plus.
** Knowledge of Bank products` (Cards, ATM, POS products)
** Graduate Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems/Computer science or relevant field.
** Excellent communication skills with Bank clients.
** Fluent English.
