About the Role"
FEC, a financial services company based in Batumi, is looking for a motivated AI Automation Specialist to help transform how we work. This is not a narrowly defined position — it`s a role for someone curious and hands-on who will identify inefficiencies in our daily operations, research and evaluate new tools, and integrate AI into our workflows wherever it creates real value.
You`ll work across the company: automating repetitive processes, building AI-assisted workflows for our teams, and helping colleagues adopt modern tools in their everyday work. The role is open to any seniority level — what matters most is genuine interest in financial services, strong practical experience with AI tools, and the drive to figure things out.
## What You`ll Do"
** Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across the company and design automated solutions for them
** Research, evaluate, and pilot new AI tools and services, and recommend which ones we should adopt
** Integrate AI assistants and automation into daily workflows across departments (analysis, reporting, document processing, client operations)
** Build and maintain prompt libraries, AI workflows, and lightweight automations tailored to our needs
** Train and support colleagues in using AI tools effectively and responsibly
** Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring relevant developments into the company
What We`re Looking For:
Essential:
** Strong hands-on experience with modern AI tools — particularly Claude, and ideally Claude Code — and a solid grasp of prompt engineering and practical AI tooling
** Genuine, demonstrated interest in financial services and how technology can improve them
** A self-starter mindset: you spot problems, propose solutions, and see them through without waiting for detailed instructions
** Fluency in Georgian and English
Strongly preferred:
** Background or work experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
** Coding or scripting ability (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or automation platforms) sufficient to build and connect tools
** Experience analyzing and improving business processes
Nice to have:
** Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
** Familiarity with APIs and connecting different systems together
** Prior experience introducing AI tools into a team or organization
