An international brand, Eventor, specializing in the full planning and organization of events, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. If you are an active, results-oriented person who enjoys working with people and wants to work in the field of international events, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and acquire new clients and develop a potential client database
** Identify and analyze client needs
** Present event services and packages
** Conduct negotiations with clients
** Develop existing client relationships and generate repeat sales
** Manage clients, leads, and sales stages within the sales system
** Collaborate with the events team to ensure a smooth handover of sold projects to the operational stage
** Attend events on-site when necessary and support client communication during the event
Requirements:
** At least 1 year of experience in sales
** Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Weddings, MICE, Luxury, or the Service Industry is preferred
** Strong communication and negotiation skills
** Ability to accurately identify and analyse client needs
** Results- and KPI-oriented mindset
** Ability to work independently
** Strong sense of responsibility
** Excellent organisational and time-management skills
** Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
** Strong presentation and storytelling skills
** Fluent Georgian and English; knowledge of Russian will be considered an additional advantage
Working Conditions
** Fully Remote - work from anywhere
** Commission-Based Income: earn up to GEL 7, 000 per successfully sold project, depending on the project value and terms
** On-Site Event Coordination: GEL 500 net per project for participation in on-site event/celebration coordination
This position is particularly suitable for individuals who want to significantly increase their income based on their own sales performance rather than relying on a fixed salary.
