JSC Zedazeni 2012 is looking for a Logistics Planning & Operations Analyst to join its team.
Location: Saguramo, Mtskheta, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:
** Plan and coordinate product allocation across warehouse facilities to ensure efficient space utilization.
** Monitor and control product placement within designated warehouse locations.
** Coordinate product transfers between warehouses in line with operational requirements.
** Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse capacity utilization.
** Analyze warehouse occupancy and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
** Monitor daily inventory balances and product movements in accordance with company procedures.
** Coordinate transportation processes and logistics personnel to ensure smooth logistics operations.
** Manage trailer allocation and utilization to support efficient transportation planning.
** Analyze vehicle utilization and identify opportunities for operational optimization.
** Prepare and analyze logistics reports using Microsoft Excel and provide insights to support decision-making.
** Support cross-functional projects related to logistics, distribution, and sales operations.
** Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
** Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis skills will be considered an advantage).
** Working knowledge of English or Russian.
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
** Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
** High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
** Strong communication and teamwork skills.
** Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
