We are looking for an organized, visionary & Hands-on leader Restaurant Manager working closely with and reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager. MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:
Restaurant Manager - Dumas All-Day Dining

Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of Dumas All-Day Dining Restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth operations, strong team performance, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Dumas serves breakfast and lunch buffet, and dinner à la carte.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage the daily operation of Dumas smoothly and efficiently.
** Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
** Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch buffet, and dinner à la carte operations.
** Create and implement promotions and special offers to increase covers and revenue.
** Work with Marketing to promote Dumas through social media and other channels.
** Drive upselling and improve average guest check.
** Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
** Lead, train, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
** Prepare staff schedules according to business levels.
** Work closely with the director of food and beverages and Chef to maintain food quality, buffet presentation, and availability.
** Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs and minimize wastage.
** Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
** Monitor restaurant performance and take action to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
** Ensure all hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a hotel All-Day Dining restaurant.
** Experience managing breakfast and lunch buffet and dinner à la carte operations.
** Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
** Creative and proactive in developing promotions and driving revenue.
** Good knowledge of Georgian wines and international cuisine.
** Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and team management.
** Professional, energetic, and guest-focused.
** Good command of Georgian, English, and Russian
