Fiesta Tequila Bar is looking for a Bar Manager.
Fiesta Tequila Bar has been welcoming guests for over 3 years in the heart of Tbilisi. We specialize in authentic Mexican cuisine, quality cocktails, and friendly, professional service. The majority of our guests are international visitors, so creating a great experience for every customer is at the core of what we do.
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Bar Manager with at least 1 year of experience in bar or restaurant management.
Working schedule:
** 5 days per week
** 9 working hours per day.

Main responsibilities:
** Managing and coordinating the team
** Ensuring our service and operational standards are followed
** Organizing daily bar operations
** Working with suppliers
** Finding better products, prices, and alternative suppliers
** Controlling stock and maintaining smooth communication between the bar and kitchen
