ArcticBlu Capital and Kursi.ge are pleased to announce a joint vacancy for the position of UX Designer. We are looking for a talented, hands-on designer to own the user experience across both platforms and work directly with the team on a fast, daily product cycle.

ArcticBlu Capital is a digital-first Asset Management firm focused on connecting frontier markets with global opportunities. ArcticBlu is currently developing a platform for actively managed, institutional-grade multi-asset portfolios. The firm is dedicated to creating a seamless, next-generation solution for global capital allocation that transcends traditional local options. Headquartered in Tbilisi, ArcticBlu Capital is a registered Asset Management Company regulated by the National Bank of Georgia.
Kursi.ge is a digital-first currency exchange and money-transfer platform serving Georgia. It provides live exchange rates, instant conversion across GEL, USD, EUR, RUB, and other currencies, and secure transfers through clean, mobile-first iOS, Android, and web apps. Like ArcticBlu, Kursi.ge is regulated by the National Bank of Georgia.
This is a shared role across both platforms a single design function serving two distinct, fast-moving financial products.
Position Overview:
ArcticBlu and Kursi.ge are seeking a UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across both apps. This is a hands-on role at the center of day-to-day product operations: you will work directly with the CEO, product, and engineering on a fast iteration cycle, shipping design updates to live apps on a daily basis. You will move fluidly between two products-ArcticBlu`s wealth management app and Kursi.ge`s currency exchange app translating user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive, and visually polished interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Product & Interaction Design:
** Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both the ArcticBlu and Kursi.ge apps
** Ship design updates to live products on a daily basis, iterating quickly in response to feedback, data, and changing priorities
** Translate complex financial concepts and workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
** Produce high-fidelity UI designs with attention to layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
** Design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android, as well as responsive web
User Research & Validation:
** Gather and synthesize user feedback through interviews, usability testing, and in-app behavior
** Identify pain points and opportunities across both products and turn them into design improvements
** Validate design decisions with users and stakeholders before and after release
** Use analytics and qualitative insights to inform and prioritize design work
Design Systems & Consistency:
** Build and maintain a shared design system and component library serving both platforms
** Ensure visual and interaction consistency within and across the two products
** Uphold and evolve each product`s brand identity while keeping a coherent design language
** Maintain organized, well-documented design files as a single source of truth
Collaboration & Delivery:
** Work side by side with the CEO, product, and engineering teams as part of daily operations
** Prepare developer-ready handoffs with clear specifications, assets, and states
** Review implemented designs and QA them against specifications
** Contribute to product decisions, roadmap discussions, and rapid design iterations
Required Qualifications and Skills:
** 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally for mobile apps or digital products
** A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
** Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including prototyping and component libraries
** Solid understanding of mobile-first design and iOS/Android design patterns, as well as responsive web
** Experience building or working within design systems
** Working knowledge of user research and usability testing methods
** Ability to work at a fast pace and ship design updates daily across multiple products
** Strong eye for detail in layout, typography, color, and accessibility
** English proficiency (B2+); Georgian fluency is a strong advantage given our local user base
** Experience designing fintech, banking, or other financial products is a plus
** Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) is a plus
** Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
