About the Role

As a Visa Application Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold the highest standards of efficiency and compliance in a supportive global environment.
Key Responsibilities
** Client Guidance: Assist applicants in understanding visa requirements, procedures, and documentation guidelines with clarity and empathy.
** Document Verification: Carefully review and verify application packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
** System Management: Efficiently enter, update, and manage applicant data using internal systems and specialized database software.
** Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries promptly via in-person interactions, phone, or email while maintaining a professional standard.

** Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
** Attention to Detail: High level of precision when checking documents and processing data.
** Tech Literacy: Proficiency with computers, database tools, and standard office software.
** Adaptability & Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude with a strong enthusiasm to learn complex procedural workflows.
** Language Proficiency: Fluency in Georgian and English (French or Russian proficiency is a strong advantage).
