Multi-Outlet Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Outlet Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality venues. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain brand standards, drive financial performance, and lead management teams across several locations.

Minimum Requirements:

** Minimum 5 years` management experience in the hospitality industry.
** Proven experience managing multiple restaurants, bars, cafés, or hospitality venues simultaneously.
** Strong leadership and team management skills.
** Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
** Solid understanding of food and beverage operations.
** Experience with inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships.
** Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
** Ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop management teams.
** Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
** Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
** Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

** Oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality venues.
** Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures.
** Lead, mentor, and support venue managers and department heads.
** Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food and beverage costs, and profitability.
** Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
** Implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximise profitability.
** Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and health and safety requirements.
** Manage recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
** Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotions and events.
** Deliver an exceptional guest experience through continuous operational improvement.
** Support the opening and integration of new venues as the business expands.
