HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Branch in Georgia is seeking a service provision for Development of Branding and Promotional Content for Kvemo Kartli Wine.
Please find the attached Terms of Reference for full description of the services requested and kindly submit the following documents:

The submitted offers will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
Criteria - Max points -
** Technical offer* - 70
** Experience in Similar Assignments - 30
** Portfolio - 25
** Team Qualifications and Capacity - 15
** Financial offer - 30
** Total maximum score - 100
Please submit the required documentation - each file should have the bidder`s name, Reference No: HSIG/LEDP/2026/KK/3Q/RFQ-009 and the name of the document (for example, Company Name-HSIG/LEDP/2026/KK/3Q/RFQ-009-financial offer).
Electronic files should be password protected. During the evaluation process, you will be contacted via email/call and asked for the passwords - stay reachable. Offers received without password will not be considered for evaluation. If the bidder is not reachable during the evaluation process, the offers will not be considered for evaluation.

Offers must be submitted in English language exclusively to the following email address: procurement.geo@helvetas.org. The subject of email should contain only the RFQ reference number (for example HSIG/LEDP/2026/KK/3Q/RFQ-009).
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The counted official receipt time is the time shown on the email received from the bidder to the email mentioned above.
