What We Offer:
** Work Format: Hybrid
** Working Hours: 5 days a week (2 days off), operating in 2 shifts:
1st Shift: 10:00 - 19:00
2nd Shift: 13:00 - 22:00
Salary: 1739 GEL Gross + Job Quality Bonus (dependent on the successful completion of your KPI tasks)

Key Functional Responsibilities:
** Drive the sales performance, growth, and overall strategy of the e-commerce platform to meet and exceed profitability goals
** Manage and optimize online promotional campaigns
** Analyze customer shopping trends and behaviors to support assortment selection and identify market gaps
** Grow customer acquisition and enhance profitability through our online sales channels
** Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of inquiries or comments
** Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure smooth, efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications & Experience:
** Prior experience in a similar E-commerce or digital sales role
** Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks and infrastructure
** Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
** High level of attention to detail and strong strategic thinking with a customer-centric orientation
** Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
** Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
** Highly self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and a critical thinker
Language Requirements:
** Georgian — Fluent
** English — B2 level
Selection Process
