"FLO Georgia" is a subsidiary of FLO Group. The Group owns several brands, including Kinetix, Lumberjack, and Polaris, offering casual and sportswear products.
In addition to its own brands, the company partners with leading global brands such as Adidas, Nike, Puma, Reebok, and others.
FLO Group operates more than 650 stores worldwide, mainly across Türkiye, Europe, and the Middle East. In Georgia, the Group is represented by the FLO and InStreet store network.
Responsibilities:
** Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance.
** Schedule and supervise employees while monitoring daily work results.
** Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve business goals.
** Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising.
** Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve sales targets.
** Maintain store reports, statistical data, and financial records.
** Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.
** Handle customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree.
** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar position.
** Good command of Georgian and intermediate English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
** Good knowledge of MS Office.
** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
** Sales-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Working Location: Tbilisi
Working Hours: Full-time, 6 working days per week with 1 day off (160 working hours per month).
