P&C Projects Manager, Caucasus
About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Projects Manager to join our Caucasus Cluster team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate key P&C initiatives across Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact on employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness. You will define respective metrics, analyze outcomes and recommend concrete actions as follow up for key P&C initiatives.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
** Manage P&C projects end-to-end, including planning, governance, execution, and evaluation
** Coordinate employee engagement and listening activities; translate insights into actionable improvements
** Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives in line with global frameworks
** Drive communication around P&C initiatives to increase awareness and engagement
** Coordinate the P&C digital agenda in collaboration with Global P&C and D&IT
** Contribute to Learning & Development activities and DE&I initiatives across the cluster
What are we looking for - Requirements:
** Experience in Human Resources, ideally in a multinational and cross-cultural environment
** Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
** Solid understanding of talent management and learning & development practices
** Structured, business-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
** Ability to build trusted relationships across functions and markets
** Fluent English
