Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead company formation and financial infrastructure setup. This role is critical in establishing and managing legal entities, banking relationships, and operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead the incorporation of LLCs and other business entities Georgia
** Manage end-to-end setup of business bank accounts
** Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
** Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to structure entities efficiently
** Oversee documentation, filings, applications
** Develop scalable processes for entity management and financial operations
Required Qualifications:
** Languages: Georgian and English
** Proven experience incorporating LLCs and establishing business bank accounts
** Strong understanding of corporate structures, compliance, and regulatory requirements
** Experience working with banks
** Excellent organizational and documentation skills
** Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
** Experience with national entity formation
** Background in finance, legal operations, or startup environments
** Background in Bookkeeping for tax requirements
