Position: Civil / Site Engineer (qt of vacancy: 1)
Work Place: Tbilisi Airport
Work Schedule: Full Time
Main Responsibilities:
** Monitor day-to-day site activities.
** Ensure construction works comply with architectural drawings and specifications.
** Verify dimensions, levels, finishes, and materials before installation.
** Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
** Maintain site records and daily reports.
** Track progress and prepare status updates.
** Assist in preparation of as-built drawings.
** Document site instructions and variations.
Minimum Competency/Qualification Requirements:
** 3-5 years of work experience in civil / construction engineering / construction supervision
** Bachelor`s/ Master`s degree in technical field of education, mainly civil / construction engineering / architecture
** Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
** Knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
** Understanding of building codes and regulations.
** AutoCAD proficiency.
** Knowledge of BIM/Revit (preferred).
** Microsoft Office proficiency.
** Understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
** Strong written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English
