Requirements:
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
** University degree in Law obtained in Georgia;
** Admission to the Georgian Bar;
** Degree from a reputable Western university will be considered a competitive advantage;
** At least 2-3 years of legal practice for the position of Junior Associate and 4-5 years of legal practice for the position of Associate;
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English;
** Excellent knowledge of Russian is strongly encouraged;
** Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications;
** Strong drafting and negotiation skills;
** Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines;
** Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to innovate and work effectively under tight time constraints;
** Ability and motivation to work independently, as well as a team member;
** Strong multitasking skills;
** Open-minded, diplomatic, flexible, and people-oriented approach.
