Who we are looking for
Hertz Georgia is looking for an operations Manager to lead the full short-term rental direction - from daily operations and team coordination to business development, pricing analysis, partner communication, customer service, and first-line marketing initiatives.
This is a role for someone who enjoys movement, numbers, people, decisions, and days that rarely look exactly like yesterday.
What you will own
** Lead and coordinate daily operations of the short-term rental business;
** Monitor reservations, vehicle availability, fleet utilization, service quality, and operational performance;
** Analyze pricing, market trends, competitor activity, and prepare practical commercial recommendations;
** Communicate with the head office, brokers, corporate clients, partners, and other stakeholders;
** Identify and develop new business opportunities in the short-term rental segment;
** Support the preparation of commercial offers, presentations, and cooperation proposals;
** Initiate and coordinate first-line marketing activities aimed at increasing demand and brand presence;
** Improve customer service processes and maintain a strong customer experience focus;
** Manage, support, and motivate rental agents and monitor team performance;
** Prepare regular operational, analytical, and performance reports;
** Monitor fleet-related operational and technical costs;
** Ensure compliance with internal procedures, brand standards, and service requirements.
What we expect from you
** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field;
** Experience in operations, business development, sales, customer service, automotive, mobility, tourism, or service-oriented industries;
** Car rental industry experience will be considered a strong advantage;
** Strong analytical skills - Excel should feel familiar, and PowerPoint should not feel like a stranger;
** Excellent command of English and Russian, both written and spoken;
** Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and effectively;
** Commercial mindset, initiative, and result-oriented approach;
** Excellent communication skills with teams, partners, brokers, and customers.
