ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

** Lead and oversee all kitchen and stewarding operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and presentation standards.
** Design and curate seasonal menus that celebrate local produce.
** Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.
** Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets to optimize efficiency.
** Apply sustainable cooking methods, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency.
** Collaborate closely with F&B, Events, and Wine teams to deliver unique guest experiences.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

** Proven experience as an Executive Chef in upscale hotels.
** Strong knowledge of Georgian cuisine, regional flavors, and international culinary trends.
** Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-mentoring skills.
** Expertise in menu development, cost control, procurement, and supplier relationship management.
** Strong understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and global food safety standards.
** Fluent in Georgian and strong English.
