Megako is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Trade Marketing Specialist (Coffee Category).

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and initiative specialist to join our team and support the development of Coffee business in role of Trade Marketing Specialist.

This role is combining creative approach of Trade & analytical skills to track the results. It is expected that you will contribute in what we sell and how we sell, how all our products are present in all channels (Horeca, Offices, Retail, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

** Participation in development and lead the implementation of Sales Strategy, which includes Trade Marketing & Analytics.
** Including pricing to end customer, route to market, visibility standards, POSM management and sales effectiveness, control, monitor and adjust execution roadmap in strong collaboration with Sales & Marketing team

Trade Marketing:

** Market understanding - market base analysis, market size assumptions, Channel potential volume, value, distribution Key Manufactures monitoring, Competitor pricing monitoring
** Distribution plan building & trucking of KPIS achievment
** POSM developemnt and implementation - full cycle (leaflets, Cafes branding, Video developement, menu, crockery, all branded elements)
** Presentation preparation as selling stories & reports
** Promo activations development and tracking of results
** Support sales with negotiations with customers
** Sales Materials - Presentations, Presenters, Price Calculations
** Brand Participation in Events organization (ex. Coffee fest)

Analitics & Prices:

** Sales KPIs tracking
** Pricing Model update & tracking (Conduct pricing calculations)
** Business Plan development & tracking to implement
** Reporting - KPIS tracking

Qualifications:

** Higher Education, preferred in Economic, Management, Marketing, or Shopper Marketing fields
** Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or related roles Retail or OOH - 2+ years is a must. Candidates from roles of Brand Managers|Specialists, Category Management from FMCG distribution and Retail business are welcome
** Understanding of full POSM process, from design to production - full cycle. Incl. finding new suppliers in case of need. Including experience in cooperation with designers and Agencies
** Analytical Skills - to analyze sales, building pricing models, to create business plans and truck execution
** Excellent communication skills
** Critical thinking and attentive to details. Ability to learn fast
** Languages: Georgian must, English or|and russian fluent
** MS Office: Excel on prof level, PPT of prof level, Word, Canva
** Personal qualities: creative aproach together with attention to details, responsible person, communicative, ability to learn fast, team-player
