Key Responsibilities:
** Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare, optimize, and forecast P&L statements and financial reports.
** Performance Tracking: Monitor key financial metrics and analyze actual results against targets.
** Financial Modeling: Build and analyze financial models to support various business scenarios.
** Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage expense budgets, track costs, and oversee approvals and payment processing.
** Pricing & Insights: Conduct comparative regional pricing analysis and maintain system data.
** Portfolio Management: Drive and oversee product assortment optimization.
** Brand & Strategy: Update product profitability metrics, analyze brand-specific investments, and help shape the overall market strategy.
Qualifications:
** Education: Master`s degree in finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
** Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of local and international financial accounting standards.
** Experience: At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
** Languages: High proficiency in English and Russian.
