A construction materials manufacturing company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Chief Accountant.
Place of work: Tbilisi
Work schedule: Full-time (weekends off)
Main functions:
** Supervision and control of accounting activities;
** Management of the accounting department / assigning tasks to employees and requesting their fulfillment
** Formation of monthly turnover statements;
** Submission of tax declarations / calculation and payment of taxes;
** Development of the company`s accounting policies and procedures;
** Production of financial reporting;
** Preparation of various reports in accordance with legislative requirements (statistics, pension fund, etc.);
** Assistance to the Revenue Service and external auditors
** Accounting and control of materials (receipt, movement, write-off), participation in periodic inventories;
** Providing information and documentation necessary for the company`s management;
** Performing tasks of the CFO / performing other duties related to the activities of the Chief Accountant,
Qualification requirements:
** At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a large company (experience as a Chief Accountant in production will be considered an advantage);
** Higher education in business administration, finance or economics;
** High level of knowledge of the Tax Code of Georgia and international financial accounting standards;
** Knowledge of accounting programs is required (knowledge of the program "Balance" will be considered an advantage);
** Knowledge of English and Russian languages is required.

** High sense of responsibility;
** Ability to solve tasks independently;
** Organization and attention to detail;
