Amazon Operations / Supply Chain Coordinator (Remote from Georgia, Part-Time)

Vital Ventures Oldenburg GmbH is a German e-commerce company based in Hamburg. We sell protective gear and helmets under our brands SKATEWIZ and 99FLIPS on Amazon across the EU, UK, and USA. We are a small, fast-moving team and we like it that way.
We are looking for a reliable Operations Coordinator to support our supply chain and inventory management. You will work remotely from Georgia as a freelancer, with a direct contract with our German company. This is a long-term part-time position (18-20 hours per week, with potential to grow).
What you will do: Manage inventory in our planning software (VentoryOne), coordinate shipments from our warehouse to Amazon FBA in Germany, UK, and USA, track purchase orders with our Chinese manufacturer, communicate with freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses, process warehouse reports and reconcile inventory data in Excel, maintain SOPs and master data, identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes.
Who you are: Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, lookups, working with larger data sets, building clean reports (this is essential). Clear and professional communication. German B2 or better, written and spoken — mandatory. English B2 or better, written and spoken — mandatory. Some experience in e-commerce, Amazon, logistics, or supply chain preferred. Structured, detail-oriented, reliable, self-organized. Pragmatic and hands-on — we are a small team, not a corporation.
