Program duration: July 15 - October 15
Monthly gross salary: 1, 945 GEL
Working hours: Full-time (10:00-19:00 or 09:00-18:00, with flexibility during exam periods)

About the role:
We`re looking for interns to join our Bolt Food team in Georgia as part of our Summer Internship Program 2026. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career by working on real tasks, supporting team goals, and gaining practical experience across different business areas.
You`ll join one of the following teams:
Supply Operations
** Discover how large-scale logistics systems work behind the scenes and help keep thousands of deliveries running smoothly every day.
** Work with operational data and internal tools
** Help optimize delivery operations and courier experience
** Help identify inefficiencies and improve operational performance
** Gain insight into how logistics and operational decision-making work in real time
Merchant Operations
** Help improve the quality of the Bolt Food platform by supporting restaurant partners and contributing to operational excellence.
** Support merchant onboarding and help partners become operational smoothly
** Work on improving menus, product listings, and overall platform quality
** Contribute to initiatives focused on service quality, order performance, and operational efficiency
** Participate in improvement and automation projects that enhance the customer experience
** Learn how operational decisions impact partner success and customer satisfaction
Account Management
** Build relationships with restaurant partners and learn how strong collaboration drives business performance.
** Communicate with merchants and support ongoing cooperation
** Monitor merchant performance and service quality
** Help identify improvement and growth opportunities
** Learn how partnerships contribute to long-term business success
Marketing
** Work on campaigns and communication strategies that drive user engagement and growth
** Support marketing campaigns and ongoing projects
** Work with CRM channels, including push notifications and emails
** Assist with social media content and performance tracking
** Learn how marketing impacts customer engagement and business growth
Your daily adventures will include:
** Supporting day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects within your assigned team
** Working with internal tools, data, and processes relevant to your function
** Collaborating with team members and contributing to shared goals
** Identifying areas for improvement and supporting problem-solving initiatives
** Learning how different teams operate and contribute to business performance
About you:
** You are a III-IV year student or a recent graduate
** You are eager to gain hands-on experience and start your career
** You are proactive, responsible, and open to learning
** You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
** You have good communication skills in English and Georgian
