About the profile:
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
** Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.
** Engage with clients to clarify project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
** Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting and applying suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
** Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
** Identify and assess risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans and ensure they are implemented.
** Monitor project progress against plan and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues).
** Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and reports.
** Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and relevant compliance or contractual requirements.
** Participate in selection, onboarding, and management of vendors and contractors, tracking their performance and resolving delivery issues.
** Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
** Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams, resolving conflicts and misalignment where needed.
Requirements - Must have:
** Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
** 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
** Proven experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
** Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
** Hands-on experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
** Experience in project resource management, including planning, allocation, coordination, and tracking of project resources and efforts.
** Clear ownership and accountability for project delivery goals and KPIs, including timelines and quality.
** Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining structure, prioritization, and focus.
** Solution-oriented, proactive mindset with demonstrated project leadership skills.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** Fluent English (professional working proficiency).
** PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
Requirements - Nice to have:
** Experience delivering projects in the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain.
** Experience managing projects in Data & AI environments, such as:
** data platforms or data factories;
** analytics, AI/ML, or data engineering initiatives.
** Experience with infrastructure or IT foundation projects, for example:
** Microsoft infrastructure;
** cloud or hybrid environments.
** Good understanding of technical terminology, enabling effective communication
with engineering and technical teams.
** Experience working in international, distributed, or cross-functional teams.
