Your Responsibilities
** Developing and leading recruitment plans for blue-collar employees (C+E drivers).
** Preparing and publishing job offers across various platforms.
** Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidate CVs.
** Building and managing an internal database of application documents.
** Conducting professional recruitment interviews.
** Actively headhunting and searching for potential candidates.
** Coordinating and participating in driver recruitment campaigns.
** Preparing reports, statements, and strategic recommendations for the HR department.
Our Requirements
** Fluent communication in Serbian and English (essential).
** Openness to new challenges within the HR and logistics industry.
** Persistence and a results-oriented mindset.
** High level of independence and proactive initiative.
** Optional: Experience working with drivers and knowledge of the Russian language will be a significant advantage.
