ProCredit Bank announces a vacancy for a position of IT Security Officer
ProCredit is one of the leading banks in Georgia, which offers full array of complex services to small and medium enterprises as well as private individuals. It is a part of the international ProCredit Group, which successfully operates in countries of South-Eastern and Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Germany. ProCredit Group is managed by ProCredit Holding (Frankfurt am Main, Germany), which is responsible for strategic management, capital adequacy, reporting, risk management and business management of the group.
ProCredit Bank Georgia is Rated BB+ by the international rating agency "Fitch Ratings". It is the highest rating in Georgia and is one step higher than the country rating.
Responsibilities/Duties:
** To develop and implement monitoring methods and tools for logs, access, security applications within the Bank, antivirus, domain group policy, traffic safety.
** Administration and monitoring of EDR/XDR, PAM, and WAF systems
** Configuration of security policies and controls
** Management of endpoint and web security controls
** To execute incident prevention and to mitigate significant threats throughout the Bank by:
- Maintaining Intrusion Detection System /Intrusion Prevention System (IDS/IPS)
- Conducting periodic vulnerability assessment/tests on server systems and user workstations and implementing corrective measures as and when required
- Actively participating in regular re-certifications of access rights to key systems, data sources and applications by the corresponding information owners
- Being actively and, when necessary, operationally involved in IT security related internal control system.
** To be actively involved in investigations related to IS matters.
** To participate in: IT system penetration testing, security assessment, network assessment, audits, etc.
** To ensure constant improvement of IT security of the bank by active involvement in IT projects, implementation, and upgrade of security tools, conducting and attending training in IT security.
** Support of infrastructure hardening processes
** To keep him/herself informed about all relevant updates in corresponding local regulations and international standards.
Mandatory requirements:
** Experience working with EDR/XDR solutions
** Knowledge of PAM systems
** Experience working with WAF technologies
** Understanding of network security fundamentals
** Knowledge of Windows/Linux system security
** Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and web security
** Understanding of Active Directory and identity security
** Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
** Work experience as IT security officer of at least 2 years
** Knowledge of the English language at the level of minimum B1 according to CEFR.
** Good understanding of IT systems (applications, cloud, network, databases)
** Good command of MS Office
Following skills will be considered beneficial:
** University degree, preferably in IT technologies
** Experience working in the banking or financial sector
** Experience in cloud security (AWS/Azure)
** Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell / Bash / Python)
** Training and certification in IT security (Security+, CEH, ITIL; CCNA/CCNA Security, Microsoft Cloud system management, etc.)
** Experience in working with SIEM and DLP solutions
